As you may know, DreamScene feature was introduced with Windows Vista operating system and was available only on Ultimate edition. While the feature is missing from Windows 7 OS, one can easily enable Dreamscene with the help of third-party utilities.
If you are using Windows 7 and have enabled DreamScene feature, here is a gorgeous dreamscene for your desktop. Stamga, a member of DeviantArt, has just released a new dreamscene named Impulse for Windows 7. The animated wallpaper is in high-definition (1920 x 1080). Download the dreamscene file and then use Dreamscene Enabler or DreamScene Activator software to use this unbelievably sleek animated wallpaper as your Windows 7 Desktop Background.
If you aren’t familiar with dreamscene feature, follow the steps given below to enable the dreamscene feature in Windows 7 and then set Impulse DreamScene as wallpaper.
Step 1: Download Impulse DreamScene zip file from here. Extract the zip file to get ImpulseDreamScene.wmv file. It’s a video file, you can play it using Windows Media Player, VLC, or any other media player to watch the dreamscene video before applying it as desktop background.
Step 2: Next, download DreamScene Activator software. Extract the archived file to get DreamScene Activator tool. Run the tool with admin rights (right-click and select Run as administrator), click Yes for the UAC prompt, and click on the OFF button to activate the dreamscene feature.
Step 3: Finally, right-click on the ImpulseDreamScene.wmv video file and select Set as DreamScene option. You are done!
